We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and versatile all-around Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team ASAP. Total Turf is a high-energy facility, and we need someone with strong hands-on mechanical abilities to keep everything running safely and smoothly. This is a great opportunity for an experienced handyman looking for a steady, flexible part-time role.

What You Will Be Doing:

• You are the go-to person to ensure our building and athletic fields are in top condition. Your key responsibilities include:

• Mechanical & General Repairs: Troubleshooting and fixing various equipment and building components as needed.

• Turf Maintenance: Operating a specialized turf vacuum to clean and maintain our athletic playing surfaces.

• General Handyman Duties: Minor painting (very limited), light facility maintenance, and helping out where needed.

What We Are Looking For:

• "All-Around" Capability: You are resourceful and possess a broad skill set (mechanical, light construction, general fixing).

• A "Doer" Attitude: You take initiative, see what needs to be fixed, and get it done.

• Reliability: You are dependable, punctual, and take pride in your work.

Position Details & Compensation:

• Hours: Flexible! We are offering approximately 20 hours per week.

• Contract Structure: This position begins as a 1099 contractor role for the first 90 days. Following a successful review period, there is the potential to extend the role as a part-time W-2 employee.
