Andy Logar, Principal
Andy oversees all Sports Managers and manages all league play, training and tournaments. He is also responsible for marketing these events to prospective teams. Andy played professional soccer for 10 years, assistant coaches and trains three travel soccer teams. He has gained tremendous respect within the sporting community. In 1992, Andy was the first person to ever have their uniform number retired from GSC/Rowan University. He was a Division III Player of the Year and has been inducted into Rowan University’s Hall of Fame. Andy also had the distinct honor of being inducted into the South Jersey Soccer’s Hall of Fame. Andy is a Washington Township resident and married with 3 sons.

Jerry McGough, Principal
Jerry manages the day to day operations of TTE. He manages the finance and expansion of this facility. Jerry has been in business management for the last 30 years working in the aerospace and telecommunications industries. During his career he has been a recipient of multiple “Inner Circle” Awards and Chairman’s Club Awards. He was a multi-sport athlete, excelling in baseball, softball, basketball, soccer and crew. He has had great success coaching several baseball, soccer and basketball teams for years, leading them to multiple championships. Jerry currently lives in Washington Township and is married with 3 sons and 3 grandchildren.

Bob Loftus, Principal
Bob Loftus had a long and successful career in the global telecommunications market.
He held many executive positions with Cable and Wireless, LLC. In his last position at C&W Bob was Senior Vice President of Alternate Channels managing both direct and indirect sales channels. Under his guidance the division grew from $32M to $144M in annual revenues. After leaving Cable and Wireless, Bob Co-Founded LinkSource Technologies, LLC., a California based IT Consulting and Management firm in which he held roles as CEO and COO. He was responsible for driving sales on the east coast and also was involved in developing and managing the strategic vision of the organization. Under his guidance, LinkSource grew to become a multi-million dollar organization that was also recognized as an industry technology innovator. Since 2010 Bob has been co-owner of Total Turf Experience. Bob is married, living in Rosemont, Pa. He is a father of 4. Bob is an avid golfer, loves skiing and spending time with his family.
James (Jim) J Usilton, General Manager
Jim is the youngest of 4 boys (Jack, Chris, and Jason). Jim was raised by his parents Jack & Ilona in a house full of sports in Washington Township. The love for the game of basketball runs in the Usilton family’s blood. Jim’s father Jack Usilton has coached in Philly/SJ for over 30 years, Jim’s great grandfather(James Usilton SR) coached at Temple University, Jim’s great uncle (Jimmy Usilton JR) coached West Catholic High School/played at Temple University.
Jim played several sports growing up in Washington Township, but he loves the game of basketball. Jim played on several travel and AAU championship teams. Jim played basketball for both Bishop Eustace High School and Washington Township High School. Jim is currently the General Manager of Total Turf Experience and also runs several basketball leagues. Jim is currently a varsity assistant basketball coach at Washington Township High School, boys basketball travel director of Washington township, and is a member of Eddie Hoban Scholarship Fundraiser.
