Victory Collegiate Consulting was launched by Tom Kovic in 2006 after a successful coaching career at The University of Pennsylvania. Victory is committed to assisting families in developing an informed and systematic approach to the college recruiting process. It is our obligation and purpose to understand and appreciate the individual needs of each family and provide them with effective strategies and sound advisement as they navigate, what will be one of the most important life decisions their children will make.
