October 1 Update

The Total Turf experience is coming soon. As of this weekend (October 2) the Operations Building steel has been erected, the parking lots have been curbed, the entrance and front curbs have been poured and half of the landscaping is completed to finalize the retention basin. The exterior walls of the Operations Building will be installed this week and the mechanical and electrical “rough-ins” will also begin this week. The steel for the arena is being staged this week for erection next week and the difference between the 25’ walls in the Operations Building and the 50’ walls in the arena are about to become obvious. As you can see from the picture, the building is taking shape. Stop by the site and visit Brad and Dallas and share in the excitement that we experience every day.
Construction Update-September 1, 2011:
The foundation for the Operations Building was poured on August 30. Shown in these three pictures is the foundations for the front wall and the left walls. The block walls will but set in the next couple of days and the building is beginning to take shape. The site now has a construction trailer where Brad Yates, General Contractor, has been Managing the project with expert direction from veteran Dallas Borger. Water and temporary electric are now on the site, the retention pond is built and landscaping around the retention pond will occur within the next few days. You can now see the shape of the outdoor soccer field as well as the pad for the small soccer field. Next major steps are the foundation process for the arena and the block laying for the base of the facility. All rough in work for Mechanical and Electrical to occur within the next few weeks and then you will see the steel erection. Obviously we could not be happier with the progress and look forward to supplying updates as they occur. Stop by the site and say hello to hard working Brad and Dallas!
