EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Total Turf Experience (TTE) will be the only dedicated indoor soccer, baseball/softball, arena football, lacrosse and field hockey facility in the Gloucester County area. TTE is on 16 acres that will ultimately have six professional-style, lighted indoor fields featuring Field Turf, for fast action, fun sports and local training. The complex will also offer outdoor fields and 5 acres of secure, lighted parking. No matter what the weather conditions are, day or night, TTE will provide athletes with a safe, clean and friendly atmosphere for sports enjoyment.

Several divisions for youth, men, women and co-ed provide all players-from beginners to highly skilled- the right environment for recreational yet competitive sports. League play and training is continuous year round. It is our intention to become a premier Southern New Jersey sports facility for Olympic Development Programs (ODP) in the multiple sports.

The fields can be rented for practices, birthday parties, corporate events, pre-season and post season team parties, camps, clinics, school grad nights, fund raising, tournaments and much more. A sporting goods store will be on site to provide leading brands to players, teams, leagues and schools. The facility will also have a bistro to serve beverages and healthy food. TTE will also focus on the health of the athlete, by including a sports medicine, physical therapy and a Parisi Speed School.

Total Turf Experience is destined to be recognized as Southern New Jersey’s premier indoor sports facility by providing optimal programs in a state -of -the -art facility.
